Content manipulation and script execution via import forms

Cross-site scripting and CSRF in MediaWiki Data Transfer allow remote attackers to alter wiki pages through crafted import requests. Import handlers accepted state-changing requests without CSRF or POST validation and rendered importer or interface errors without HTML escaping. Exploitation requires an authorized import user to follow attacker-controlled content; import rights are limited to administrators by default, and the result is unauthorized page changes or script execution in that user's browser.
