Plugin service interruption via exposed update endpoint

Improper authorization in GLPI 0.72 through 10.0.17 allows remote attackers to disable every active plugin via the update endpoint. The install/update.php script accepts direct unauthenticated requests and enters an update workflow that deactivates plugins instead of requiring an authorized update session. No account or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation interrupts all functionality supplied by active plugins.
