Unauthenticated file disclosure via default service credentials

Use of default credentials in Fedora Repository 3.8.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to read local files through manipulated datastreams. The fedoraIntCallUser service account retains publicly documented default credentials and XACML privileges that let authenticated requests manipulate datastreams to expose server-local content. No prior account or user interaction is required, and the reported consequence is limited to reading files accessible to the repository service.
