Authenticated code execution via archive path traversal

Path traversal in Fedora Repository 3.8.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary JSP files through crafted archive uploads. The archive extractor fails to neutralize relative path segments and writes an uploaded JSP outside the intended extraction directory. An authenticated archive upload is required, but the resulting JSP is reachable through an unauthenticated GET request and executes with the Java application server's privileges.
