Authenticated database access via tempLoanID SQL injection
Published Jan 22, 2025 · Updated Jan 28, 2025
SQL injection in SLiMS 9 Bulian 9.6.1 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter backend database data via tempLoanID. The circulation loan form sends the tempLoanID search value to database handling without adequate validation or sanitization. Administrative access to /admin/modules/circulation/loan.php is required, and successful injection permits arbitrary SQL queries against application data.
