Account takeover via unprotected administrative user request

Cross-site request forgery in Sismics Teedy 1.11 and earlier allows remote attackers to take over accounts via POST /api/user/admin. The administrative user endpoint accepts state-changing requests without a CSRF token, allowing a malicious page to submit changes with a victim's active session. An authenticated victim must load attacker-controlled content; the forced request can change the victim's username or password and transfer control of the account.
