Arbitrary SQL execution via unsanitized serial parameters
Published Mar 12, 2025 · Updated Mar 18, 2025
SQL injection in Koha before 24.11.02 allows remote attackers to run arbitrary SQL through the serials late-issues export endpoint. GetLateOrMissingIssues in C4/Serials.pm inserts the supplierid and serialid request values directly into a database query without sanitization. Koha 21.11.x and earlier expose it without authentication; later affected releases require authenticated staff-interface access.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
