Unauthenticated SQL injection via JsonFetcher filter parameter

SQL injection in Epicor HCM 2021 1.9 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands through the JsonFetcher.svc filter. The endpoint accepts attacker-controlled filter syntax as part of its backend database query, allowing SQL instructions in the parameter to alter query execution. No authentication is required; host command execution additionally requires an enabled database feature such as xp_cmdshell.
