Root command execution via telnet ping injection

Command injection in the telnet service of Adtran 411 ONT L80.00.0011.M2 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as root. The restricted CLI passes the ping command argument without neutralizing semicolons, allowing appended shell commands to run with root privileges. Access requires a network path to port 23 and a valid telnet login; successful injection provides control of the embedded Linux system.
