Unauthorized management access via default credentials

Use of default passwords in Adtran 411 ONT L80.00.0011.M2 allows remote attackers to access its Telnet and HTTP interfaces. The firmware assigns guessable user:user and support:support credentials to root-group accounts, stores their MD5 hashes in /etc/passwd, and accepts them at the Telnet interface. An attacker able to reach the management address can enter the restricted shell or web interface without a previously established account; separate command-injection and privilege flaws are tracked independently.
