Root shell access via SysRq-enabled debug console

Privilege escalation in Adtran 411 ONT L80.00.0011.M2 allows physically proximate attackers to obtain a root shell via the UART console. The exposed debug serial console leaves Linux Magic SysRq enabled, and sending its SIGKILL command drops the console into a root shell. Physical access near the enclosure is required to reach the UART pins through its vents; the result is full device-level command execution.
