Unauthenticated staff-file disclosure via enumerable filenames

IDOR in /assets/stafffiles in OS4ED openSIS 7.0 through 9.1 allows remote attackers to read files uploaded by staff members. The web-accessible stafffiles directory stores uploads under predictable staff-ID-and-filename names and serves requested paths without an access-control check. No account or user interaction is required; knowing or enumerating a stored name exposes the corresponding staff-uploaded file, with no reported write access.
