Application crash via stale JPEG 2000 array length

NULL pointer dereference in FFmpeg git-master N-113007-g8d24a28d06 allows remote attackers to crash media-processing applications. In jpeg2000_decode_packet, the decoder frees a code block's lengthinc array but leaves nb_lengthinc nonzero, so later packet parsing treats a null pointer as a populated array. A remote attacker must cause an application to decode crafted JPEG 2000 data; successful exploitation terminates the affected process without reading or modifying data.
