Process crash via invalid AAC sample rate

Reachable assertion in FFmpeg commit N-113007-g8d24a28d06 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the process with a crafted AAC file. The audio buffer-source initialization path accepts a nonpositive sample rate, after which ffmpeg_enc.c assumes the rate is valid and reaches an assertion. Opening or processing the crafted media is required, and the observed consequence is process termination rather than code execution or data access.
