Unauthenticated connection-processing halt via undisclosed Diameter traffic

Denial of service in F5 BIG-IP PEM allows remote attackers to stop new client connections by sending traffic to a configured listener. F5 has not disclosed the traffic pattern or internal operation that causes memory use to grow and the listener Virtual Server to stop accepting connections. The issue is reachable without authentication only when a PEM Control Plane listener Virtual Server uses a Diameter Endpoint profile, and the bounded impact is connection refusal plus memory-resource growth.
