Arbitrary code execution via malformed CBDGL parsing

Stack-based buffer overflow in Delta Electronics ISPSoft 3.20 and earlier allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted CBDGL file. The CBDGL parser's debugging logic writes attacker-controlled file data beyond a stack buffer. Exploitation requires a local user to open the file in ISPSoft, after which code runs in the application's security context and can compromise the workstation.
