Service disruption via unconsumed HTTP responses

Denial of service in Ping Identity PingFederate Google Adapter 1.0.1 through 1.5.1 allows remote authenticated users to exhaust threads. The adapter leaves non-200 HTTP responses unconsumed, tying up Jetty request threads until thread availability is exhausted. Reachability requires an enabled Google sign-on flow and a non-200 response from its Google-facing request path; the bounded consequence is service interruption.
