CVE-2025-22846Network attack vector

Unauthenticated service interruption via TMM termination

Published Feb 5, 2025 · Updated Feb 12, 2025

Improper resource release in F5 BIG-IP and BIG-IP Next SPK allows remote attackers to terminate TMM via network traffic. F5 has not disclosed the traffic pattern or the resource that the Traffic Management Microkernel fails to release before terminating. The issue is reachable only when SIP Session and Router ALG profiles are configured on a Message Routing virtual server, causing a service interruption rather than data disclosure or modification.
