Unauthenticated server crash via truncated login field

Access of an uninitialized pointer in Sante PACS Server 4.1.0 allows remote attackers to crash the server via a malformed HTTP request. The GetWebLoginCredentials parser advances two pointer slots from a terminal usrname line without verifying that later lines exist, then calls ReplaceChar through the uninitialized pointer. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation terminates Sante PACS Server.exe and interrupts PACS and web service until the process restarts.
