Victim-browser script execution
Published Jan 15, 2025 · Updated May 11, 2026
Reflected XSS in Tarak Patel Post Carousel & Slider 1.0.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts via crafted requests. The CNA and its sole referenced advisory do not identify the affected parameter, endpoint, or escaping failure that reflects untrusted input. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires a privileged user to follow a malicious link or otherwise submit the crafted request, exposing that user's browser session to script execution.
