Script execution via undisclosed DOM-based injection
Published Jan 15, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
DOM-based XSS in Mohsin Rasool Twitter Bootstrap Collapse aka Accordian Shortcode 1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts. Patchstack and the CNA do not disclose the affected script, DOM source, DOM sink, or the untrusted input operation that lacks neutralization. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and a separate user to open attacker-controlled content, allowing script execution in that user's browser context.
