Authenticated audit-data disclosure via manipulated NewAuditID
Published Mar 13, 2025 · Updated Mar 13, 2025
IDOR in Issuetrak Audit 17.2.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read other users' asset audit data via URL manipulation. Inv_PopTrakXShow.asp accepts a user-controlled NewAuditID value and returns the referenced unapplied audit record without enforcing record-level authorization. A low-privileged account is sufficient, exposing user, network, hardware, software, process, drive, and printer details without write access.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
