Arbitrary file read via unnormalized request paths

Path traversal in Santesoft LTD Sante PACS Server 4.1.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files through its web server. The embedded web server accepts paths containing an allowed /assets/ segment, appends them beneath .OHIFViewer, and fails to normalize parent-directory sequences before file access. Authentication is not required; a crafted path can expose any file on the application's drive, including its web-user database.
