Script execution via reflected unescaped input
Published Feb 23, 2025 · Updated May 12, 2026
Reflected XSS in imithemes Eventer before 3.9.9 allows remote attackers to execute scripts through crafted page requests. Eventer reflects request input into generated pages without sufficient sanitization or output escaping; public records do not identify the affected parameter or code locus. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires a user to follow a crafted link, after which the script runs in that user's browser under the affected site's origin.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
