Browser script execution via unescaped msg_c reflection

Reflected XSS in LabReDeS WeGIA before 3.2.6 allows remote attackers to execute scripts in a victim's browser through msg_c. editar_permissoes.php reads msg_c from the query string and inserts it into an HTML alert without encoding, allowing markup to enter script context. Exploitation requires a victim to open an attacker-crafted request; injected code runs with that user's browser access to the application.
