OAuth credential disclosure via missing settings authorization

Missing authorization in Coolify before 4.0.0-beta.361 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter global OAuth settings. The /settings/oauth route serves and accepts the instance-wide configuration without enforcing administrative authorization for provider settings. Any authenticated account can obtain every custom provider client ID and client secret and replace the configuration, exposing credentials and altering login integration.
