Authenticated command execution via unescaped project name

OS command injection in Coolify before 4.0.0-beta.359 allows local users to execute host commands through a crafted project name. Project names containing shell metacharacters are interpolated without escaping into a deployment command, so a single quote terminates the intended argument. The user must have project-management access and trigger a deployment; the resulting process can read, modify, or delete host files.
