Authenticated command execution via malformed SNMP OIDs

Command injection in Cacti 1.2.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute system commands via malformed SNMP responses. The multi-line parser in cacti_snmp_walk() accepts unfiltered OID text, and the disk scripts place an OID suffix into JSON embedded in shell_exec(). Device-management permission and control of an SNMP agent are required, after which commands run with the Cacti server process's privileges.
