Internal service access via omitted IPv6 filtering

SSRF in AutoGPT before autogpt-platform-beta-v0.4.2 allows remote attackers to reach IPv6 services through Send Web Request. The request.py URL validator checks resolved destinations against IPv4-only blocked ranges, so IPv6 loopback and private addresses pass validation. No privileges or user interaction are required; successful requests can reach IPv6 loopback and other internal services.
