Stored cross-site scripting in WeGIA before 3.2.8 allows remote attackers to execute scripts in users' browsers via local_recepcao. CobrancaController.php accepts the local_recepcao POST value without validation or sanitization, stores it, and later renders it as executable page content. No authentication is required to submit the payload, but a user must open the affected page; execution can expose browser data or alter page content in that user's session.
