File-system exhaustion via HTTP PUT length underflow

Integer underflow in Eclipse ThreadX NetX Duo before 6.4.3 allows remote authenticated users to exhaust file-system resources. In _nx_http_server_put_process, the server subtracts a later packet's payload length from the unsigned Content-Length remainder without first verifying that the payload fits, wrapping the remainder to a huge value. Reachability requires the Component HTTP Server with PUT processing enabled; continued upload data can fill the embedded file system and interrupt service.
