Contributor-level stored XSS via unescaped page content
Published Jan 7, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in PluginsPoint Justified Image Gallery 1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts into WordPress pages. The plugin stores contributor-controlled page content without sufficient input sanitization and later renders it without output escaping. Contributor-level access is required, and the injected script runs when another user opens the affected page, exposing that user's browser session to attacker-controlled code.
