Stored XSS in MarMar8x Notif Bell 0.9.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in visitors' browsers. The formatter and send-page preview fail to neutralize stored notification markup before inserting it into rendered HTML. Administrator-level access is required, and exploitation affects multisite installations or sites where unfiltered_html is disabled when another user opens the injected page.
