Session cookie exposure via missing Secure flag
Published Mar 5, 2025 · Updated Mar 5, 2025
Improper cookie protection in Eaton Foreseer Reporting Services before 1.5.100 allows local users to expose session cookies over HTTP. FRS sets the session cookie with SameSite=Lax and omits Secure, permitting browsers to attach it to unencrypted HTTP requests.
