Database disclosure via unescaped id parameter
Published May 15, 2025 · Updated May 16, 2025
SQL injection in WP-PManager 1.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users with Administrator access to read WordPress database data. The wp-pmanager-cats administration page places its id parameter into an unprepared SQL query without sanitizing or escaping it. Administrator-level access is required; crafted id values append SQL expressions that extract sensitive database information or trigger a time delay.
