Unauthenticated command execution via undisclosed input handling
Published Aug 6, 2025 · Updated Aug 6, 2025
OS command injection in SATO CL4/6NX Plus and CL4/6NX-J Plus firmware before 1.15.5-r1 allows remote attackers to execute commands. Neither SATO nor JPCERT/CC has disclosed the vulnerable handler or the untrusted input passed into an operating-system command. No authentication or user interaction is required over the network, and successful commands run under a non-administrative account that can read, alter, or interrupt printer functions.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
