CVE-2025-22464

Local denial of service via untrusted pointer dereference

Published Apr 8, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2025

Untrusted pointer dereference in Ivanti Endpoint Manager before 2024 SU1 or before 2022 SU7 allows local users to cause a service crash. The affected pointer-handling code dereferences an attacker-controlled address and writes arbitrary data to that memory location, but Ivanti has not identified the component or function. Low-privileged local access is required, and the documented consequence is denial of service rather than code execution or data disclosure.
