Missing authorization in Android 13 through 15 DocumentsUI allows local users to bypass cross-app storage restrictions via user interaction. ActionHandler.onLastAccessedStackLoaded restores a saved URI without checking whether its path is blocked under scoped storage. A low-privileged app and user interaction are required, after which the app can access files outside its permitted storage scope.
