Remote image-renderer crash via unchecked tag counts

Out-of-bounds read in Android 13 through 15 allows remote attackers to crash the image renderer through a crafted DNG image. ParseTag in dng_ifd.cpp checked DNG tag counts but continued processing when CheckTagCount rejected values outside the permitted range. Exploitation requires no privileges or user interaction and interrupts image rendering without reported code execution or data modification.
