CVE-2025-22412

Adjacent code execution via freed response buffer

Published Aug 26, 2025 · Updated Feb 26, 2026

Use after free in Android 15 Bluetooth SDP server allows remote attackers to execute code through an adjacent Bluetooth connection. Two SDP response paths call L2CA_DataWrite and then dereference p_buf->len for error logging even though the write can free the buffer. A nearby unauthenticated attacker needs no user interaction; successful exploitation runs code in the Bluetooth service context.
