vCenter credential exposure via unredacted installer metadata

Credential exposure in OpenShift Hive allows remote authenticated users to read vCenter credentials from ClusterProvision objects. The install manager writes installer metadata.json bytes, including nested username and password fields, into ClusterProvision.spec.metadataJSON without redaction. Read access to a provisioned vSphere cluster's ClusterProvision object is sufficient, bypassing the stricter access normally applied to Kubernetes Secrets and enabling unauthorized vCenter control.
