Password recovery via reversible credential storage

Insufficiently protected credentials in SicommNet BASEC from 14 Dec 2021 allow local users to recover stored passwords. The service stores passwords either in plaintext or with reversible encryption, allowing high-privilege access to expose plaintext credentials. Administrative access to the hosted environment is required for the standalone flaw; pairing it with the separate authentication bypass removes that gate and exposes customer data.
