Reflected XSS via insufficient output escaping
Published Jan 9, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Reflected XSS in Mahesh Waghmare MG Parallax Slider 1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts via a crafted link. Published records do not identify the affected request parameter or code path, stating only that user-controlled input is insufficiently sanitized and escaped before reflection into a page. Exploitation requires a target user to follow the attacker-supplied link, after which the script runs in that user's browser context and can affect browser-accessible data and actions.
