Patient-record access via predictable session tokens

Weak credential generation in Philips IntelliSpace Cardiovascular 4.1 and earlier allows local users to access patient records. The token generator combines the username and current date and time, then encrypts them with a fixed AES-128 key shared by every installation. A local user must obtain or reconstruct a logged-in user's token; replay grants that user's access to patient records.
