Contributor-level stored XSS via unescaped theme output
Published Mar 27, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in YudleeThemes Whitish Lite 2.1.13 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject browser-executed script. Public advisories do not identify the affected field or rendering function; they state that input is insufficiently sanitized and output insufficiently escaped. Contributor-level access is required, and execution requires another user to view the stored page, exposing data and actions available in that user's WordPress session.
