Current-password recovery via unthrottled change requests

Missing request throttling in CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager SaaS 24.7.1 allows remote attackers to brute-force a user's current password. The /EPMUI/VfManager.asmx/ChangePassword handler accepts repeated current-password guesses without limiting their number or frequency. Network access to the SaaS endpoint is sufficient; no authentication or user interaction is required, and successful guessing reveals the current password.
