Authenticated command execution via unvalidated git URL

Command injection in Salt 3006.x before 3006.12 and 3007.x before 3007.4 allows remote authenticated users to run commands on the master. GitFS.init_remotes passes an on-demand git pillar URL to a git provider without first rejecting newline-delimited configuration data. Possession of an accepted minion key and enabled on-demand git pillars are required; injected commands inherit the master process's privileges.
