Unauthorized field modification via case-insensitive pattern bypass

Improper input validation in Spring Framework 5.3.42 and earlier and 6.0.0 through 6.2.6 allows remote authenticated users to alter protected fields. DataBinder.isAllowed lowercases request field names, then performs case-sensitive wildcard matching against lowercased disallowedFields patterns; some case mappings do not compare equivalently. An application must expose setter binding, configure disallowedFields, and accept an attacker-controlled parameter; successful bypass modifies a model property that the application intended to block.
