Stored cross-site scripting in VMware Cloud Foundation Operations for Logs before 8.18.3 allows remote authenticated users to act as an administrator. VMware has not published the affected input, code locus, or missing neutralization operation that permits persistent script injection. Exploitation requires non-administrative privileges and an administrator to load the stored content, after which the script can perform arbitrary administrative operations.
