CVE-2025-2220Public exploit

reCAPTCHA secret disclosure via hardcoded key

Published Mar 12, 2025 · Updated Mar 12, 2025

Key management error in Odyssey CMS 10.0 through 10.34 allows local users to read a hardcoded reCAPTCHA secret from the contact form module. The reCAPTCHA handler stores the secret directly in /modules/odyssey_contact_form/odyssey_contact_form.php and uses it while processing attacker-controlled g-recaptcha-response input. Low-privileged local file access exposes the secret; the grounded record limits the impact to confidentiality and reports no integrity or availability loss.
